Meet Our Team
Kyle Shaw (Owner/Director)
Kyle Shaw created KSSW Services LTD in 2025 alongside partner, Erica Hotchen, as a family run business. Having over 10 years in the construction industry, Kyle gained knowledge in many different sectors of construction before setting his mind out on creating a landscaping company. With over 4 years experience in landscape gardening and maintenance, plus a further 2 years working alongside other building companies installing bespoke garden features, Kyle decided to complete his career working full time to help others have the gardens they dream of.
Erica Hotchen
(Director/ Cleaning Manager)
Erica Hotchen is a co-director of KSSW Services LTD and the manager of Angel Dust Cleaning Services, a subsidiary of KSSW Services LTD, and also manages bookings and accounts for the business. Erica has over 4 years experience within the domestic and commercial cleaning sector, and has developed a talent for providing an exceptional service. Blending her meticulous cleaning method with a friendly and professional approach to customer satisfaction, she is able to utilise her skills to ensure your home or office space is clean and tidy.
Nathan Watson
(Supervisor/Lead Labourer)
Nathan Watson is the supervisor and lead labourer of KSSW Services LTD. Nathan has over 7 years experience within the construction industry, ranging from labouring on building sites for bricklayers, to supervising green roof installations and garden maintenance projects. Nathan's skill set has enabled him to help build KSSW Services LTD into a flourishing business.
